In Settings, press find programs, and then go to everything. Scroll down to the services of Google and click on clear data and then force stop. Do the same with the application Google Play Store and clear the cache of your internet browser.
Solution to Error 923 on Google Play Store
Delete your Google account and delete all the useless apps that just take up space. Then reboot the device into recovery mode. Select wipe cache partition and start your device as usual. Do not worry, no personal data will be deleted. Set up your Google account, again.

Method 1 ( required to have your device rooted or hacked):- Install a file manager like Root Manager
- Search for data in the application folder that is giving the error
- Delete the folder com.whatsapp . (Eg)
- Now re- install WhatsApp from the Google Play Store
Method 2 : Delete junk files via Cleanmaster
- Install Cleanmaster
- Uninstall Whatsapp or application that is giving the error
- Now you have to open Cleanmaster , find the files that are garbage and clean them all. ( Be sure to uncheck the important files that are detected as junk files by Cleanmaster )
When all else fails have to do a backup of all your apps and data from your phone and reset the device .
